I've been craving for 'McD' beef family dinner box set for so long... Without my darling, we can't finish the set so she's a MUST if we wanted to have 'McD' family dinner box set... The moment I reached 'McD', I told them that I wanted the beef family dinner box set but I was greeted with "itu set sudah habis"!!! "Sekarang sudah tukar kepada 'Classic Chicken McDeluxe' set"... "Semalam baru tukar"... I admit that I'm disappointed but at least I can try out their latest offering... My darling is the happiest among us as she don't really like beef...

She's the first to bite into the burger and she said that it was spicy... Her younger brother took a bite and said the same thing... I don't believe them and I too took a bite... And you know what, it was indeed spicy!!! Damn they took the wrong burger I guess!!! 

See, no tomato!!! The 'Classic Chicken McDeluxe' comes with a slice of tomato and obviously this one doesn't!!! Can't have the beef set and now I didn't have the chance to test their new burger!!! What a day...

Recently we changed our 'Astro' package to the newly launched 'Superpack' which we find it more affordable... Don't get me wrong on the affordable part as the package is still super expensive to me!!! I said more affordable because if we choose all the package separately, the price add up will be a lot higher than the 'Superpack' package... So this is a very clever tactic used by 'Astro'... 

If you follow my blog closely, I'm very sure most of you will know that I'm a movie freak... I love watching movies and obviously two of my favourite channels will be 'HBO HD' and 'Star Movie HD'... A few days ago, I managed to watch this movie 'Let Me In' which I find it really interesting after watching the trailer... After watching 'Kick-Ass' (which I will blog about it later), I fall in love with 'Chloe Grace Moretz'!!! I really admire her... She's really stunning in her own way and she really can act if you ask me... So please don't be fool by it's age!!!

The storyline is about a small kid falling in love with a vampire... I'm very sure some of you will find it a bit boring with the lack of dialogue but I find it really artistic... I really love the way they film it... In fact, I find the storyline almost similar to 'Twilight' and if I compare these two movie, I find this movie much much better... A good thumbs up from me and 'Chloe Grace Moretz', you are my new idol!!!

I've been playing with 'instagram' since it's inception but I stop playing with it almost the same time I started it... I don't know the reason but I guess is down to my antique 'iPhone 2G' that I'm using... I'm very sure most of you know that the camera on the first generation 'iPhone' sucks BIG time... So I took a few pictures and posted it online and that's about it...

Recently, I don't know what got into me but I'm actually quite addicted to it... But I didn't take those pictures with my 'iPhone'... Instead I took it with my 'iPad 2'... I know the camera sucks as well but frankly speaking, taking pictures with 'iPad' is much nicer in my opinion... You may look like a fool to most people but I just don't care about them... They can laugh and label me as a moron for using an 'iPad' for photography but that's what I enjoy doing...

The experience of using 'instagram' with 'iPad' is totally different with 'iPhone'... Everything is much nicer now... I can fully appreciate the pictures I took and those that I follow because everything is BIGGER... I don't have to use a magnifying glass in order to view pictures now and this is what got me hooked I guess... Is true that pictures taken with 'iPhone 4' is much more better in terms of quality but to me, 'instagram' is not about picture quality... If you want good quality photos, please use the 'DSLR' or any dedicated camera and NOT your camera phone... For me, taking pictures using 'instagram' is more towards feel... I can't really explain this but the feel must be there... But this is purely base on my personal preference... 

Another reason I'm hooked is that there are a lot of good photographers in 'instagram' and it is always a delight to see their pictures... 

By installing different photography apps, you can virtually create any kind of pictures that you desire... No messy photoshop work to get those 'cross process' colour that I love... Besides that, I don't have to waste a fortune on lens as well... No fish eye lens, no problem... Just install 'Lomo Lomo' (one of my favourite apps for photography) and viola... As easy as 'ABC'!!!

I can even combine two or more pictures and turning it into one picture... Take this picture for example... I used two different pictures and turning it into one... There is a meaning in this picture but I don't really know whether people can understand what I'm trying to portray here... If I separate this picture into two different pictures, I won't be able to portray the meaning of it...

Since I lost all my existing photos I got no choice but to search the net for pictures... This is the picture of the boost controller that I previously used... This electronic boost controller is from 'Blitz' which is a renowned company that specializes in churning out go faster bits for cars... They called this boost controller 'Dual SBC' in short form whereas the actual name is called dual solenoid boost controller... Quite a long name and I'm glad they decided to shorten it!!!

Why I said previously used is because I sold this electronic boost controller and got myself a manual unit... One reason I got rid of it is because one of my friend's car got boost spike using an electronic controller and toasted the piston... No doubt that the electronic boost controller is much more convenient because you can set the boost on the go unlike the manual one where you need to stop the car, open the bonnet and adjust it... And you might need to do this procedure a few times in order to get the desire boost setting!!! After using both electronic and manual one, I can confirm that the manual one holds boost pressure better with fewer boost spike... 

Another important reason is because the electronic boost controller is more prone to attention grabbing!!! I don't wish my car windows being shatter just because of it... Although I still retain my boost meter, turbo timer and speed meter, getting rid of the boost controller might just minimise the risk a little bit... Nobody will realize that you are using a manual boost controller unless they take a peek under your bonnet... So it is definitely a much safer route to take... 

Currently I'm setting the boost at around 0.8 bar only... Just 0.1 bar more than standard.  At first I set the boost to 1 bar but the stupid 'ECU' keeps on boost cut and I got no choice but to dial down to 0.9 bar... Better than 1 bar but still it will boost cut when you fully floor it... Really 'potong stim'!!! So down to 0.8 bar and it will only boost cut once in a while... I guess that's because of boost spike... Guess I need an external wastegate to regulate the boost!!! But for the time being, I'm quite happy with the setup although I can't really feel the difference between 0.7 and 0.8 bar!!! At least when I look at the boost meter it shows a higher boost and this itself is more than enough for me to 'syok sendiri'!!! Haha...

Yesterday I decided to format my desktop computer... I have this habit of formatting computer once in a while... I don't really know whether is it my age or I'm just plain stupid and careless!!! I format my computer without backupping my pictures folder!!! Luckily there is not a single object in sight that might harm me because I believe I will just grab the object and stab myself repeatedly!!! 

Can I have 3 seconds of silence for my photos???

Thanks... I backup all my other folders but not my pictures folder!!! I lost all of it... So next time there will be no more 'FrankenBenz' update with pictures... All the update will be pictureless... And not forgetting my foodie pictures... I still have at least 10 - 20 restaurants yet to be blog... OMG!!! I still can't believe I actually did it... @#%*+@^&*$%#^@+*&^$%#*#&#&$&+@*&$^#... Curse myself for doing something so stupid!!! AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'The Sorcerer And The White Snake' is essentially a remake of the ever popular legend... And I'm very sure most of you heard or know about the legend of the white snake... So before watching this movie, I roughly know what the storyline will be... So whether this movie will be a memorable one depends solely on the little details that they are putting in...

First of all, let's talk about the CGI... I'm kind of stuck in between love and hate... I love the way they make the wave and flood nearing the end of the movie... But I absolutely hated the way they make the snakes and other animals... Too fake to my liking and there is really a huge gap between movies from 'Hong Kong' and 'Hollywood' in terms of CGI... Nonetheless, there is improvement if you ask me...

So let's move on to the storyline... Nothing much to talk about I guess... Is the same story over and over again... A thousand years old white snake that has taken human form falls in love with a man... Obviously the man does not know that the woman that he love is in fact a white snake... I guess that's about it... Quite frankly, I'm a bit bored and the only thing that keeps me sitting in the cinema is 'Eva Huang'!!! She's absolutely gorgeous and this alone is worth the money!!! I just can't take my eyes of her... Apart from that, boring...

We stumbled across this cafe when we walked around 'Mid Valley'... This cafe never really caught my eyes because it was situated somewhere where we seldom go... It was located  on the first floor where no other restaurants were there... 

We ordered their set meal and it came with drinks, the main course and dessert (my darling's set came with dessert but not mine)...

'Ice lemon tea' on the left and 'Tropical punch' on the right...

The 'tropical punch' tasted quite nice... Sweet, just the right amount of sourness + fizzy, a combination that I can't resist!!! Nothing to talk about the 'ice lemon tea' as it tasted just like 'ice lemon tea'!!! Nothing more and nothing less... 

 'Rice Rhapsody' served with red chilli... RM17.90 for this rice set...

'Pulut Hitam Tong Yuen' dessert... I'm not a BIG fans of these kind of dessert so I skipped on the dessert...

'Chicken Mushroom Pizza'... Looks ordinary but tasted quite nice... Definitely better than those pizza outlet located on the lower ground floor of 'Mid Valley'... RM18.90 for my pizza set...

Ever since I started using the first generation 'iPhone' aka 'iPhone 2G', there is no turning back for me... I won't take a second glance on other phones in the market (unless it is an android powered mobile phones... still I'm not impress... sorry android junkie!!!)... I used to change mobile phone almost every year... Sometimes even shorter than that... But this change totally when I got my hands on the 'iPhone 2G'...  I stop changing mobile phone and I've been using the 'iPhone 2G' until now!!! Almost 4 years if I'm not mistaken and the phone is still in very good condition... The battery will outlast a lot of other phones in the market now no joke about that...

The 'iPad 2' also change my lifestyle entirely... No more lugging a BIG and bulky notebook whenever I go for an appointment... In fact I stop carrying bag entirely!!! Besides that, I eliminate the use of paper hence saving some trees and doing my part to conserve the environment... Other than business, whenever I'm bored I can just turn to my trusty 'iPad 2' for games, browsing the net and photo taking... Yes you read that correctly... I've been taking pictures with my 'iPad 2' more than my 'Sony Alpha DSLR'!!! It is truly a wonderful device...

Although I stop using my 'iPod' nowadays, but I know that whenever I needed it, it will not let me down... I will still bring it during vacation just in case I'm bored... I used to bring my 'iPod' whenever I go jogging but this is not something that I do frequently!!!

The three 'i' devices that I have  really change my life and thanks 'Steve Jobs' for making this happen!!! 

RIP 'Steven Paul Jobs'... Thanks for revolutionizing the MP3 player, mobile phone and also the tablet computer.  Thank you once again!!!

Got a new grill for my 'FrankenBenz' because the original one is cracking all over the place... I considered myself really fortunate because managed to get one that is in really good condition... I don't care about the metal surrounding because it is the plastic part that I'm after... I didn't want to spoil the look of my 'W124' so I opted to use back the original design... Nowadays there are a lot of different design but the original one still looks the best... 

A lot of people asked me why I don't wanna change to the new masterpiece bonnet??? I know the new masterpiece bonnet looks much nicer... Besides that, you can also delete the three pointed star and replace it with a flush badge that looks much sportier... The reason is because I'm planning to mod my 'W124' looking like 'The Hammer' which is one of the fastest car in it's time... So if I change my bonnet to the new masterpiece design, I can't achieve the look that I want... Is better to save the money and invest in a new bodykit which is precisely what I'm going to do!!!
