Rope Skipping!!!

Wow I almost can't recognize myself!!! I'm getting fatter and fatter... So finally, I decided to keep fit from now on... Actually I started my fitness regime almost 1 week ago... Nothing much just some normal rope skipping... I don't know why I just love skipping... If you let me choose between jogging and rope skipping, I will definitely choose the latter...

Rope skipping is a very good exercise... It can helps you to 'LOSE WEIGHT'!!! That's the most important part... Rope skipping is a very good calories burner... It is so effective in burning calories that an hour of skipping can burn up to 1000 calories... Besides that, it is proven that 45 minutes of hard running equals to 10 minutes of rope skipping... Can you imagine that...

Besides that, rope skipping is a very very cheap exercise... I got my skipping rope for a mere RM13.90... Other than that, you can virtually skip anywhere... You don't have to find a specific location for rope skipping... You can skip in your living room, dining room, bedroom, anywhere you can think of provided that the place is BIG enough!!!

I'm keeping my finger cross... Hopefully I can see some result from my new found exercise...
