Just bought my first RC car... It is a Tamiya TA05IFS... The reason i chose Tamiya is because it is much cheaper compare to Yokomo... Besides that, part support and hop up are better for Tamiya... It is a belt driven car whereas Yokomo Drift Package is using shaft...

Yesterday I bought a backpack for my camera... The backpack is from Bagman... It is sort of like a Crumpler clone, but cheaper... In fact a lot more cheaper... This bag cost me RM292 while Crumpler will cost you RM569... So you do the math... I am quite impress with the quality... Besides having a full compartment for my camera, there are a lot of small compartments... So it is actually a very good backpack for neat freak like me... For the camera compartment, you can actually customize it according to your needs... Besides that, you can put your laptop as well... But if your laptop is 17", I am so sorry to tell you that it won't fit in...

Another reason I like this backpack is because you can actually take out the camera compartment... So if you don't need to carry your camera around, you can use it as a normal backpack... When the camera compartment is taken out, it can actually swallow a lot of things just like a normal backpack... What I can say is it is a very versatile backpack...

I get to know this cool hobby a few years ago when I accidentally bump into this video... I dunno about the origin of this craziness but this video is by some Singaporean RC drifters... Currently there are a few dedicated forums for this hobby in Malaysia...

What you need in order to start this hobby is a RC car obviously... There are a few brands that are famous among the drifters... Yokomo, Tamiya, HPI and etc... The price for you to start this hobby is around RM1000++ for a basic kit... If you are a beginner, you can start out with the basic kit... For the basic kit, you can't really do any adjustment to the car... Eventually you need to purchase hop up parts for your car in order to fine tune it... If you have the cash, is better to go for the more advance kit...

I am really interested to try it out...

OMG!!! I can't believe it... Blizzard launched the highly anticipated Diablo III already and I dunno anything about it... I am a huge fan of Diablo... Having played the first and second installment of Diablo, I was waiting for the release of the third installment... Finally the wait is over... But from my understanding, the game will only be here early next year... Guess I have to wait again!!!

The cinematic trailer looks really awesome...

I am still an amateur so the pictures doesn't look so nice...

Time really flies... Is PC Fair AGAIN!!! After 3 years in IT line, today is the FIRST time I visited PC Fair as a consumer and not as a reseller... As usual it was jam packed and it was really hard for me to navigate my way through the jam... But fortunately, I made it back in one piece...

At first, I don't intend to buy anything, but just before the exit there is one booth that really caught my eyes... Not because of the design of the booth or the show girls... In fact I don't see any show girls there... It is a Sony booth selling cameras and video cams...

I always like Sony products and I always wanted the Alpha 200 DSLR... What I can tell you is they are having crazy promotions and I couldn't resist it... I bought the Alpha 200... It cost me RM2099 for a twin lens kit... Now for the interesting part... The FREE gift... I got free gift worth over RM1000... Can you believe it... The free gift consist of a survival kit which include a bag, an umbrella, a watch, a T-Shirt, a jacket, a cap, a memory card holder, a notebook sleeve bag and a dunno whats that for... According to Sony, this survival kit cost RM599... Besides the survival kit, they even gave me a free Sony photo printer worth RM499 and a 4GB Sony Compact Flash worth RM299...

I am so proud to be a member of The Orange Legion!!!
