'Ah Hua' is very famous for their 'pork mince noodle'... Recently they expanded their business and the operating hours had been prolonged... So fret not if you wish to eat 'Ah Hua's' 'pork mince noodle' at night because you can always go to their latest restaurant which was situated very near to their old shop...
Here it is... Their very famous 'pork mince noodle'... Besides mince pork, they also throw in some pork liver and intestines plus some vegetables and seaweed... The taste is really sensational!!!
'Mix pork soup'... As the name suggested, the ingredients consist of mince pork, pork, pork liver, pork intestine, tomatoes, bitter gourd, tofu, vegetables, and sour plum... I really like it a lot and I believe that you can only get it in Johor... I've been living in KL for so long and I couldn't find a restaurant selling these... I'm really sorry because I couldn't get the address for this restaurant... Once I manage to get I will update it here...
