'Seoraksan' also known as 'Mount Sorak' is the highest mountain in the 'Taebaek' mountain range in 'Gangwon' province in South Korea... It is located in a national park near the city of 'Sokcho'... After the 'Hallasan' volcano oo Jeju Island (we miss this because of the weather) and 'Jirisan' in the south, 'Mount Sorak' is the third highest mountain in South Korea... The 'Taebaek' mountain chain is often considered the backbone of Korean Peninsular...
I've heard a lot of people saying that 'Mount Sorak' is a very good place for landscape photography and I'm really excited and really looking forward to visit 'Mount Sorak'... Now here comes my problem... We reach 'Mount Sorak' really late that day... I guess we are the only tourists going into the national park while all the other tourists are on their way out... I didn't know that we need to walk all the way in and it took us almost close to 15-20 minutes just to reach the main entrance and to make matter worse, I didn't bring my flash gun along and it is getting dark real quick...
Walk further in and you will be greeted by a giant statue... This statue is call the 'Bronze Buddha of Sinheungsa'... As we are really rushing for time, we didn't stay too long... Just snap a few photos and continue to walk to our next destination...

Today marks a very special day in my calender... 18th of March 2007 is the day both me and my darling got engaged... So obviously we went out for dinner tonight... Time flies!!! In a blink of an eye, we are actually engage for 3 years...
Nothing fancy just a simple dinner and we decided to go somewhere near and less traffic... Desa Parkcity becomes the obvious venue... We walked around and decided to have Japanese food... We eaten Rakuzen before but not in Desa Parkcity...

California roll that comes together with my darling's udon set... The set cost RM38... I find the price acceptable because the portion is quite big...
Day 4 marks the half way mark of our Korea tour... Next destination... 'Jeongdongjin Train Station'... Don't underestimate this ...
Korea Day 4 (Jeongdongjin Train Station)
Day 4 marks the half way mark of our Korea tour... Next destination... 'Jeongdongjin Train Station'... Don't underestimate this particular train station because it is listed in 'The Guinness Book of World Record' for being the closest train station to the sea... But too bad we didn't really go to the train station instead we all 'lepak' around the beach...
'Jeongdongjin Beach' is famous for sunrise and also famous amongst lover where they go there for 'pak toh'!!!
To be continue...

Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief
I know is a bit late to blog about this movie... But I believe 'LATER' rather than 'NEVER'... So what do I think about this movie??? Quite nice and actually I did enjoy myself watching this movie... The reason for this is because I really like movies about 'Greek Mythology'... I don't know why but I just find it fascinating!!!
If you are a teenagers (I'm NOT saying that I'm still a teenager!!!) and really like 'Harry Potter', I'm sure that you will find this movie to your liking... The plot is almost the same is just that this movie talks about 'Greek Mythology' as oppose to 'Witch Craft' in Harry Potter... Other than that, I got nothing else to comment on this movie... Not a bad movie but definitely not the best...
