I remembered a few years ago, we had an outing to Cameron Highlands... And on our way backed, we purposely took a detoured and off to Bidor we went... I guess a lot of you already knowed that Bidor is the birthplace of the very famous Pun Chun duck drumstick restaurant... 'Excellent' is the only word to describe the duck drumstick noodle... But too bad we don't have the opportunity to eat it always because Bidor is actually quite a distance from Kuala Lumpur... Haiz...

Rejoice duck lover as Pun Chun is now available in Kota Kemuning, Selangor... Yippee!!! So off we went searching for the famous Pun Chun in Kota Kemuning... As I don't have a GPS, the first attempt was a failure... We finally found Pun Chun the second time we went but lady luck was not with us that very day... We reached there around 3 something to 4pm and they were already cleaning up and going to close the restaurant soon... So we left feeling disappointed!!!

Finally!!! We managed to try it out the third time!!!

Barley... Hmm it doesn't looks or taste like barley... But it is nice nonetheless... Something special...

Chicken feet with mushrooms... Recommended side dish...

Here comes the cream of the crop (In my opinion)... Duck drumstick mee!!!

Ohh la la... Just look at the duck drumstick...

Duck drumstick rice... The soup is exactly the same but they serve rice instead of mee...

Any difference between the original Pun Chun with this one??? Nop... The food tasted the same... So it is worth driving all the way to Kota Kemuning for this??? Mind you I'm staying somewhere near Batu Caves!!! The answer is simple... 'HELL YA'!!!

After the black pig BBQ lunch, we were then transported back to the jetty for our next itenery which was 'cruise tour' around Jeju Island... Not exactly 'AROUND' Jeju Island, but part of it...

The jetty...

I just love this pic!!!

A penny for your thought my dear...

2 submarines...

We sure do love Jeju!!!

I like this pic a lot... I call it 'The THREE Fishermen'...

There were a lot of seagulls flying around... Those seagulls virtually followed our cruise for the entire duration... The reason for this was because the seagulls know that the tourists will feed them... I don't know where the other tourists got the dried squid, but they were actually feeding the seagulls... So I quickly grabbed this opportunity to snap as many photos as possible...

The scenery was spectacular but frankly speaking, the cruise itself was nothing to shout about... All my tour mates (expect me and my darling) were all sound asleep!!! Hmm don't know whether they find the cruise boring or maybe they were just too tired???

Besides the black pig, tangerine is also very famous in Jeju Island... In fact, it is consider as Jeju Island signature fruit... Everywhere you go, you will definitely come across tangerine... You can even find chocolate made from tangerine!!! The chocolate is one of the must buy souvenir for tourists...

The tangerine is really juicy albeit a bit sour... Is even juicier compare to those tangerine from China that we are so accustomed to...

Black pigs... What is so special about it... Very special indeed... Black pig is very famous in Jeju Island because according to our tour guide, there is only one type of pig and all of them comes in the same colour... You guess it... BLACK is the colour... Hmm interesting isn't it...

Wow... Just look at the restaurant... Nicely decorated...

The very famous black pig of Jeju Island... My darling and some of our travel mate feels a bit 'geli' because you can see some black hair still sticking to the skin!!! As for me, I just don't care about it... Just put it in my mouth and start chewing it...

Side dishes!!!

Surprisingly I like the onion... I just cook it together with the meat... Nice!!!

MORE side dishes!!!

Fresh vegetables... Use it to wrap the meat...

YUMMY!!!

In my opinion, the taste and texture of black pig is a bit different if compare to normal pork... It does not taste like normal pork... The smell is not that strong... For those who don't like the usual smell of pork, I'm very sure that you will like the black pig... As for the texture, it is a bit more chewy... Not bad I must say...
