This is my first time using a 'netbook' and I must say I got mix feeling for it... I like its compactness and lightness but I hated the small screen!!! Besides that, it is quite sluggish as well... But who cares since my 'netbook' is FREE!!!

Woo hoo... Finally got my HP Mini and I got it through Streamyx... I change my previous Streamyx package to Uni Pack and got myself a very good deal... I'm paying only RM66 instead of RM88 for 1Mbps package... Besides that, they even threw in a new HP Mini!!! Actually I opted for the 4Mbps package but too bad the signal was not stable in my location so I got no choice but to stick with 1Mbps!!!

How is it?? My friend told me that the netbook is only for the light duty such as typing and online but unable to support if want to watch pps or playing games...that's make me drop the idea of buying Dell Mini 10...~
for blogging and internet surfing i would say that it is very nice indeed... but you must get use to the tiny screen...
i have not try pps yet but playing games is not recommended... it is even struggling with online games such as restaurant city and etc... wait till i upgrade the ram to 2GB and see how it performs...
but i really like its compactness... very easy to carry around and it virtually weights nothing next to my ancient IBM notebook!!!
that's why I am not buying the netbook as it can't played the most basic FB games, not to mention its lightness and convenience.
Orhhh...can upgrade its hardware kah??? I didn't know that notebook's hardware can be upgraded??
you still can play but only a bit lag...
yeah you can upgrade the ram... i believe if upgrade to 2GB then the performance will increase a bit as well...
but frankly speaking i'm beginning to like my HP Mini... really convenient!!!
