Frankly speaking, nothing beats home cooking... I've been dining out everyday for almost 7-8 years already... So whenever I manage to go back to my hometown, mum would try her best to cook something for me and my darling... These dishes were cooked by my mum and dad... Don't be surprise because my dad loves cooking... I think I got the genes from him as well... I love cooking!!! But I hate preparing the ingredients... Guess that's the reason I won't qualify as a chef...

It isn't that strange. My dad loves to cook too. But he doesn't like to clean up after... Which is just annoying.
Anyway, the first dish looks like bittergourd.

I also think that the first dish looks like bittergourd...it's looks similar to our foochow style to cook the bittergourd..
