Hong Chun was located in Southern An Hui... In year 2000, the World Heritage commitees inscript the ancient village of Hong Chun on the World Cultural Heritage List... The World Heritage List includes 878 properties forming part of the cultural and natural heritage... These includes 679 cultural, 174 natural and 25 mixed...

We were considered very unlucky... The reason for this was because they were cleaning up the main river leading to Hong Chun... If I am not mistaken, they did this every 40 years... So you can imagined how unlucky we were... There were mud everywhere and it was drizzling at the moment... So it was really dirty... But luckily, the scenery and architecture of the building were simply breathtaking... Too bad, with my current photography skills, I can't capture the beauty of Hong Chun and show it here...

These were the best dishes that I had in Huang Shan... Most of the time, we ate instant noodles, bread and biscuit in Huang Shan... The reason for this was because on top of Huang Shan there were very limited food... Instant noodles and bread were the norm... So we decided to buy it before heading up the mountain because the same item would cost at least twice the price...
