We took an early bus from Shanghai to Huang Shan... Huang Shan was located in An Hui province... It took us 5 hours to reach Yun Gu Shi by bus... After that, we needed to change to another bus and it took us around 20 minutes to reach the cable car station...

Since most of us were pretty lazy to climb, so we took cable car instead of walking and climbing all the way up... We needed to climb as well but the distance was only around 2km... Haven't really exercised for some time, what I can tell you was it was really tedious for me... Furthermore, I needed to carry my wife's backpack as well!!! Even though the temperature on that day was -3 degrees but I was really sweating liked hell...

We stayed 1 night in Huang Shan... At night there was nothing to do... So we stayed in the hotel watching movies and playing Tai Di... The following morning we went out early because we wanted to see sunrise... But too bad, the fog was too thick and we can't see anything... What I can say was the scenery was really breathtaking... It was not something that you can see everyday... Really glad that I managed to see in with my very own eyes... Really worth my energy and money spent... One word to described it... AMAZING!!!

Yong He Tou Jiang... Very famous among Shanghainese... Actually if not mistaken, Yong He Tou Jiang was originated from Taiwan... They served different types of tou jiang (soya bean milk)... They got non sweet, normal and SALTY!!! If you like your tou jiang to be sweet, you will be dissapointed because the normal one tasted liked they forget to put in sugar...

You must be thinking, salty tou jiang??? Don't worry... I had the confused face as well... Frankly speaking, it tasted awful to me... They put in peanuts, mei chai (preserved salted vege) and other ingredients... But the locals liked it a lot...

We ordered you tiao to go with the tou jiang... Normally in Malaysia, we will dipped the you tiao in the tou jiang... But in Shanghai, they dipped the you tiao in soy sauce... Something new to me as well... Besides that, they eat you tiao with chopstick...
